Our team learned a long time ago that building trust and confidence in the client is how we all get to the finish line. Our goal is to aid you in gaining independence with homeownership and investment opportunities. Open communication is very important to us and responsiveness has been what clients have valued most in the past. Buying or selling a property can be tricky and we are here to help navigate the process.
Our Community Impact
We are passionate about supporting our area non-profits. Whitaker Group Cape Cod gives back by way of volunteer time and monetary donations.

Jen is a regular volunteer driver for Meals on Wheels as well as actively serves on both the board for the Homeless Prevention Council and The Cape and Islands Association of REALTORS®.

Amanda is a regular volunteer for WE CAN and also serves on the MLS Advisory Group as well as the Grievance Committee for The Cape and Islands Association of REALTORS®.

Housing at all levels is important to us. At the end of each transaction, Whitaker Group Cape Cod makes a donation on behalf of our client, to Homeless Prevention Council, an Orleans non-profit dedicated to preventing housing insecurity among locals. The team also makes a matching donation to any of the non-profits listed below or any charity of the client's choosing.
